Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

OLOOHO is operated by OmniFlow Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

2. What we collect

Right now, before the product launches, we collect very little:

• Email address — when you join the waitlist, you provide an email address so we can notify you when OLOOHO launches and share occasional updates about the product.
• Basic site analytics — like most websites, we collect aggregated, non-identifying information about how people use the site (page views, country-level location, browser type). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-respecting and does not use cookies or fingerprint individual visitors. See section 9 below for details.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, addresses, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage. We don't ask for them and we don't have a way to receive them.

3. How we use it

We use your email address to:

• Send you a confirmation that you joined the waitlist;
• Notify you when OLOOHO launches;
• Send occasional updates about the product, such as new features, early access opportunities, or significant changes.

We do not use your email for advertising, do not sell or rent it to third parties, and do not use it for any purpose other than the ones listed above.

4. Lawful basis (EU/UK users)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar data-protection rules, we process your email address on the lawful basis of your consent (given when you submit the waitlist form). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us — see section 13.

We rely on consent rather than legitimate interests because you actively chose to join the waitlist; we do not believe you would expect us to keep your information without that choice.

5. Who we share it with

We share your email address with a small number of service providers that help us run the waitlist and the site. These providers act on our behalf and are contractually required to protect your data:

• Resend (Resend.com, Inc., United States) — stores the waitlist audience and sends emails on our behalf. See Resend's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) — hosts the site, routes traffic, and provides analytics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or social media platforms.

We may disclose information if required by law (for example, in response to a valid subpoena or court order), or to protect our rights, safety, or property — but we will push back on overbroad requests and notify you where legally permitted.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it or until we decide we no longer need it (for example, if the waitlist is closed and the product has launched, we may delete addresses that haven't engaged with any messages for a long period).

If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record (your email plus the fact you unsubscribed) to honor that preference and avoid contacting you again.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding your personal data, including:

• Access — ask us what information we have about you;
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information;
• Deletion — ask us to remove your information;
• Restriction — ask us to stop processing your information for certain purposes;
• Portability — ask us to give you a copy of your information in a portable format;
• Withdrawal of consent — change your mind about being on the waitlist at any time;
• Complaint — if you're in the EU/UK, you can lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@olooho.tv. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity (typically by replying from the email address in question).

8. International transfers

OmniFlow Ventures LLC is based in the United States. Our service providers (Resend, Cloudflare) are also based in the United States. If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with data-localization rules, your information will be transferred to the United States for processing.

We rely on standard contractual clauses and our service providers' own compliance frameworks to protect data transferred internationally.

9. Cookies and analytics

We do not use tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not track users across sites. It records aggregate metrics (page views, referrers, country-level geography) at the edge of Cloudflare's network.

If we add other forms of tracking in the future (for example, if we run an advertising campaign), we will update this policy and add a cookie banner as required.

10. Children's privacy

OLOOHO is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe we have such information, please email hello@olooho.tv.

11. How we protect data

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect. Email addresses are transmitted over HTTPS, stored encrypted at rest by our service providers, and access is limited to people who need it to operate the waitlist.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever experience a data breach that affects you, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify people on the waitlist by email.
