1. Who we are

OLOOHO is operated by OmniFlow Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.

2. What this site is right now

Today, olooho.tv is a coming-soon landing page describing a forthcoming short-form African storytelling platform. The full product — apps, content, subscriptions, payments — is not yet available. Nothing on the site constitutes an offer to sell anything, a guarantee of when or whether the product will launch, or a commitment to specific features, content, or pricing.

Plans and descriptions on the site reflect our intent at the time of writing. They may change.

3. The waitlist

When you join the waitlist by submitting your email address, you ask us to keep you informed about OLOOHO. We may send you product updates, launch announcements, and occasional related communications. Each email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by clicking that link or by emailing hello@olooho.tv.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, a discount, or any specific benefit. We may close the waitlist, change how it works, or stop sending emails at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or someone else's email address;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to submit the form, harvest information from the site, or otherwise interact with it in a way that imposes an unreasonable load;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its infrastructure, or related systems;
• Use the site for any purpose that violates applicable law, infringes anyone's rights, or is harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent.

5. Intellectual property

The OLOOHO name, brand, wordmark, logos, design, copy, code, and all other content on the site are owned by OmniFlow Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use any of this material without our written permission, except for limited personal use such as viewing the site in a browser or sharing a link.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to view and interact with the site as offered.

6. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any information on the site is accurate, complete, or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniFlow Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OmniFlow Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or the waitlist at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms or for operational reasons (for example, when the waitlist closes). On termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, no warranty, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and these surviving terms) will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The current version will always be available at olooho.tv/terms with the effective date at the top. We'll notify waitlist subscribers by email when there are significant changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence (for example, EU consumer rights).
